Which Quickmill dealer?

Hello together,

I have decided for a Quickmill 05000a in stainless steel version. Now
I am faced with the problem of which dealer I should buy them from. You can choose between the Bonner Espressostudio and Q.M.D. Germany (coffee enjoyment technology).

The machine at Q.M.D. costs € 460,- more!!. This surcharge is justified with various
modifications, because the machines from the Italian factory are mostly
not optimally adjusted.

At the Bonner Espressostudio this statement is not confirmed so and exactly the opposite is argued.

Has anyone had experience with these two dealers or possibly a machine from Q.M.D.? Which statements should one believe?

Friendly greetings
Thomas

Hello Thomas,
As an intensive Quickmill user I can only understand the statement of QMD. The original machine still has "optimization potential".

I myself have further optimized my 5000A after suggestions from QMD. From my point of view QMD is competent and very helpful.

As far as prices are concerned, I don't want to comment because I can't judge what a good service is worth to you.

The alternative would be "used". After all, the devices are "indestructible"!

I wonder what can be optimized with the 5000A by 460,- ?
Except that you drain the drain hose into the drip cup (5min work)
u. possibly a spout on it comes to me nothing !???

The pressure will not be optimized and the temperature also not -
or am I mistaken ? ph34r.gif

I would also look for a used one.
Z.B. here at 550,-
(50 coffees on the counter - so almost new)

Gruß
Jürgen

Hello,

Many thanks for the replies!
to be optimized:

- Residual water discharge into the collecting pan
- Grinding degree adjustment without limitation
- Stainless steel outlet instead of plastic
- Hose and tank water filters accessible to the customer
- Pump insulation
- Mill is thus aligned and correctly adjusted, that the coffee powder
falls correctly into the cylinder
- higher brewing temperature is set
- each machine is tested individually for completeness and operability

- possibly factory missing parts will be added

What do you say?

Many things on the list - just 2-6min work.
around 460,- a proud price !

The last two points ???
There should probably be no new machine parts missing and working!?

What would interest me is - how is the brewing temperature increased ?
(although that's OK for most coffees after the heat-up phase)

460,- wouldn't be worth the package to me !
