With an Impressa S9, it says "Press steam, fill system" After about 1 minute, the same command is given. It's not filling. I already put in a new flowmeter. But no change. Could it be the pump? That it would need a new one? Constipation anywhere?

Does the solenoid valve switch? You hear it click. Had already that the flask was firm from the lime.

Solenoid valve switches. I noticed the hot water nozzle was closed. Water comes now, but not a steady solid jet. I just ordered a new CP 3 pump. I'll keep reporting.

New pump's inside. But the steam heater needs decalcification. I let the broth, which now comes through sporadically, work in the heater for a longer time. Step by step it gets better with the flow. But so far a rather tough undertaking.

So too with lime?
What kind of connections are there on the heater? Do you have the possibility to blow through it with compressed air to see where the machine is tight?

So the instant coffee heater was pretty calcified inside. I opened it up, scraped out the lime, put in new gaskets. It's pretty easy to blow through now. Heaters for hot water are also now quite free. Let's see how it works after assembly. I'm hoisting a machine for cannibalization. Then fixing one of them out of two could go well. Still waiting!

Yes, you can get the machines quite cheap now. I've got a few right here, too.

Now I have repaired the auctioned machine. The flowmeter was not working properly. Therefore the system did not fill up. Meanwhile she makes coffee. However, while coffee comes out of the spout, water comes out of the hot water nozzle at the same time. Something's not right yet. The hot water must be stopped when you pour coffee. The electric valve is normally clipping. Can it still be defective?

Possible that the solenoid valve does not close properly. Had there also already that the piston hangs, however that did not open what with yours is the case. Is it installed the right way round? Mine about the direction of the river.

In fact, there was a brass splinter in the hole that is closed by the rubber. That was the cause.

Okay, then it can't close. As long as the thing is running now.
Brass can actually only come from the angles of the steam heating.
