Jura F90 Rinse process when touch is pressed

HelloI own 2 Jura F90 unfortunately both do not work properly anymore. Now I wanted to find out what could be the cause. So at the first one when I confirm the manual button selection, only about half of what is normal comes out. Whether it's two cups or one. Touch makes everything work the way it's supposed to. Second machine turns on the steam nozzle when you press the start button. Can't use steam function or tea water.
Manual coffee dispensing is via cup selection
