De Longhi ECAM

Our machine, purchased in August 2022, has been making a noise for about 3 months, which in my opinion should not be. It sounds as if a seal is grinding ( something like this: üüüp . ). De Longhi customer service thinks this is a normal noise.
It almost always occurs when the machine is started from stand-by, but occasionally also but the 2nd or 3rd cup. Always right before the brewing process. Can I attach a video ( mp4 ) file here?

Do not know the cloud from the Iphone. But there you can also share files and then get a link that you can paste here.
