Siemens EQ7 grinder timing

I have an EQ7 aromaSense coffee machine.
The mistake is that the grinding time is very short. He grinds very small coffee and pours it in the trash.
In test mode, 5 sec grinding is good.
In the same way with another grinder.
Before that the panel had to be repaired, triac, resistor, ULN replaced.
What could be the problem?
