Jura E6 Platinum no longer makes coffee

Error message "Fill bean container".

Hello everyone
,my Jura E6 (2 1/2) years brings the error message "Fill bean container" although the bean container is completely full. When making coffee there is a faint grinding noise but only hot water comes out.
Does
anyone have any idea what it
could
be
?
