De longhi Magnifica s water problem

Hello,I have a problem with my automatic machine. The water doesn't come out even for washing. It gets to a certain point and it locks up. From the cappuccinator the water comes out,at this point I think it is not the pump,right? I premise that I have cleaned and disassembled everything. Now I would point to the mechanovalve, what do you think? Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

I don't know what obk is. I changed the mechanovalve but unfortunately without results. Now out of desperation I will change the water pump although I can't figure it out. Water comes out of the cappuccinator but not out of the coffee spout. Can it be the pump that has lost efficiency?
