EQ8 TE803509DE/03 little coffee/ no milk foam

I am new to this forum and would like to ask for your help.
My coffee maker is five years old. Since a short time the coffee cups are no longer full and more and more water lands directly in the collecting bowl, in addition the foaming of the milk no longer works.

This may be due to the ceramic valve and may also be the cause of the malfunctioning milk foam!?

on my EQ8 Series 300 machine the water loss was due to the seal in the ceramic valve to the brewing unit

These are available from 0,49 €.

It was also due to the

clogged crema valve of the brewing unit
