EQ.5 no or very little coffee spout

Hi,

the following problem: The machine starts up, makes pump noises, coffee grounds get wet. But there's no coffee coming out. I exchanged the following:- Brewing valve- Drainage valve- Coffee spoutThe mistake remained, the pump makes noises and then becomes very quiet.
Then I borrowed the brewing unit from an acquaintance. So the machine ran and the coffee came out too. Tested 2-3 times. No problems at all. Well I thought, the brewing unit is defective and then I ordered a new brewing unit and installed it. That's where coffee came out. Were we glad that it worked and
then, because the machine had been standing for a long time, we made calc and clean. After everything was ready, I wanted to make a cup of coffee, and what was that? The mistake was back... I'

m really at a loss now. I've invested a lot already.

Hello Bastl,

have seen your contribution only now.
I also had this problem, pump exchange was
the solution here.

At coarse grind the machine was running, when I set the grind finer the machine became quieter and ejected the

powder again.

After pump exchange

everything worked again.

Thanks for your feedback! I see you can also order the pump separately? I'll order this when it's available and trade it. Is there anything to keep in mind because it's just the pump alone?
