EQ7 always very dirty - no more coffee now

I have already tried to read something here, but I could only find a limited answer to my problem

General Info:
- The grinder was probably already exchanged (service sticker 94 in the door) - covers: 6386 coffee, 2340 milk drinks - model: TK76009/02The following problem exists - from the
beginning I found the marc always quite wet and muddy, after the brewing group was increasingly dirtier
I exchanged the seals of the brewing group with guidance. -
The pomace was very nicely pressed since then and not so wet (but still more than with other models), but
this didn't solve the dirt problem. -
Especially between seal and coffee machine hangs always really much, I have the impression that
the coffee grounds do not fall where it should. Now yesterday the following problem occurred:
When coffee is obtained the machine starts, but then breaks off (without having started the grinding process) no message
or the like on the display.
Then I switched off the machine and cleaned it properly. Afterwards it was possible to get coffee again, but the broth is really undrinkable. Feel about 20% coffee and the rest water. In the marc container there are only poor remnants of coffee grounds.
