How can I fix this?

Hi, I need your help. With my mother's saeco Royal digital, the display lights up: ventilate. I read the operating instructions, but found nothing about the error. Any ideas?

To vent, turn on the hot water knob. Do you have calcareous water?
If the pump becomes quiet then one of the pipes is closed (lime), if the pump is loud it does not get water or the pump is defective
.
