Hello dear ones,

maybe one can help. I have also had the Viesta One Touch 500 for almost 1 year. I am very satisfied, so far so good. For some time now the back part (where the water tank is) has been running out of water all the time and there is hardly ever anything in the water collection bowl at the front. Can anyone tell me why and where I can get spare parts from?
