Hello dear friends of fully automatic machines ????
As the proud owner of an EQ9 S500, I'm wondering whether I should repair it myself or take it to Saturn for 180 euros.
Unfortunately, the machine makes after coffee preparation and when rinsing at the beginning so strange squeaking and grinding noises, similar to broken idler pulleys on the car.
I was suspecting the brew group for this. However, borrowed my buddy's brew group and the noises were still there. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything on YouTube about it.
Has anyone had the same problem? I currently suspect the brew group motor here....
I would be very happy about numerous answers ????
