JURA F50, malfunction

After switching on the F50 heats up and then immediately goes into the status "READY", so without cleaning request. (Note: In this state, it can no longer be switched off via the front on / off switch)

If I then press the coffee button, the machine switches off

.


It will not turn on again with the front on/off switch.

What could be the cause of the malfunction?
