"software error" / "coffee" program defective

Hello, I have had the problem with my EA9010 for about 2 months that the program "coffee" only gives a thin, disgusting soup. The grinder only runs for about 2 seconds and therefore apparently grinds far too few beans. The rest runs normally (pressing, water), but then the result is a transparent soup.
All other programs (cappuccino, espresso, black specials, etc.) work perfectly. So it must be a "software error"...
How can you fix it? I have already tried to unplug it for 1 hour - did not bring any improvement. Does anyone have an idea?
