Device does not start

Hello all , we are in possession ( and proud of ) a coffee machine EA901010 from Krups to own. unfortunately, the device no longer goes on and it hangs in the start mode. Therefore I have disassembled the device to get to the rear circuit board . The "clacking" comes from the right relay or whatever that is supposed to be . It can only be stopped when I de-energize the unit. What can I do now to repair my machine ? I hope you can help me quickly and in the best possible way that I can soon drink delicious coffee again.

.... Sorry it's the left relay when I look at the circuit board from the back .
