Delonghi EAM 3500 - "General malfunction

On my EAM3500 the "general malfunction" occurs.

The brew group is up and running.

After pressing the small and large cup button simultaneously, the display shows "Load Test Mode", but nothing happens. No reaction anywhere
at the touch of a button
.
Where could the mistake be?
What can I do?
Anybody got
any ideas?
