Esam 6600 does not react anymore

I have the following problem,
the display first shows "press Ok to install english" then comes
General Alarm.

The reset function

doesn't

work

either.

In the display test all keys are recognized and also in test mode all functions are

available.

Contacts are also solid and corrosion free

.

What else could

be the reason?

Who can possibly help
