Primadonna 6600 Heating process

Unfortunately I have a small problem with my Primadonna 6600, I keep getting the error message "Heating process please wait" and I have to press the milk button several times to get foam.

I think your thermoblock's blown. It has two heating circuits.
Often the top heater is broken. Then the water is still heated, but it takes longer - also for the
milk foam.
So, either replace the thermoblock or the complete brewhead

Thank you for your answer, I renewed thermoblock 4 months ago, can it be something else?

Furthermore, I feel that the glass on the top of the housing is getting warm, which means that the thermoblock on the top is heating up, as already mentioned, I have to press the milk button several times to get milk at all. Sometimes only hot steam comes.
What could be the reason?

Do you have the message "Heating process" in general or only for beverages with milk foam? Then it could also be due to the steam heating or overheating protection.
You would have to measure the steam heating or both overheating protections for electrical continuity.

Only when choosing beverages with milk foam, milk foam is no longer just steam. Thanks for your quick answer
