Monza Evo stops after grinding

Hello!
Maybe someone can help:
Recently my Monza Evo showed the error "Error water count". When it did this, the machine made coffee but it also didn't stop until I manually stopped it.
Now it doesn't make coffee anymore.
The grind starts, the piston moves, everything runs normally until it should pump...then it stops and goes to the start state.
Does anyone know what's going on?
