Jura ENA Micro 1 makes noise after starting decalcifier

My Jura ENA Micro 1 was asking for a descale. I started that one. After starting it, the machine started to make a very loud ticking noise, something seems to be jammed considerably.

I opened the machine, cleaned the brewing group and put everything back together. Tested with brewing a cup of coffee, which works fine again.

Started the descaling procedure again, but same result as the first time. The machine is stuck again.

Who has any tips on how to fix this? Can I fix this myself or does it really need to go to Jura?

Do not worry, it is normal when the machine is decalcifying, it sounds because it vibrates to help the heater loosen calcifications.
