Dinamica ECAM356.57.B no longer brews, error message

Hello! A Dinamica has been living with us for a few days and has already gone on strike today. It grinds the beans but does not brew coffee, instead it ends up dry in the grounds container. The error message "Fill coffee bean hopper" appears at the end of the process, even though it is full.
A look inside the grinder shows that nothing is visibly stuck or similar.

Warranty case or can this be solved somehow easier?

Hello, this can be anything, up toin the circuit board.
Warranty and back to the manufacturer, or where this KVA was purchased.
