Hi, there,
So we have the following problem: got the broken Delonghi Primadonna avant from my in-laws. It was replaced because the spindle nut was broken. We exchanged them, then we assembled the machine, ran and made coffee. But since there were 10 screws left after the assembly, we wanted to take them apart again and put them back in. Then it stood around for about 4 months until yesterday we finally had time to do it. So I took it apart again, put in some missing screws and closed it again. However, when trying it out, 'General fault' was displayed. When we opened the flap we saw that the brewhead (in our opinion) goes much too far up and then blocks there. Anyone have any idea what the problem is? We welcome answers and advice
