DēLonghi Citiz loud, coffee watery

Compressor faulty?

Hi there.
We have bought a used De'Longhi Citiz for our home
.

Unlike my office machine, this one is unusually loud and the coffee is unusually thin, capsules are the same as in the

office.

Is this a compressor problem (possibly to be repaired)

?

We could live with the volume, but not with the watery coffee :-/

, it is possible that it is due to the pump (not the compressor
), no idea.

Basically, I think capsule machines are great for

the butt, would it
at least
be
a pad machine, but no, they have to be capsules -
great.
Throw that thing away and buy yourself something decent!
