Questions about the espresso machine

Hi. I'm a college student looking for a beginner espresso machine. I already have a Chemex, Kalita, Aeropress, and even made my own pour over. I know this question has been asked a million times on this subreddit, but what machine would be ideal for me. My budget is somewhere around $200. What other equipment such as manipulation, new grinder, cups, etc would be necessary to use an espresso machine. My grinder is a Bodum Bistro.
