It looks like our 2007 impressa Z5 needs to be replaced after 28,473 cups. That's a 14 year lifespan. Must say though that we had the machine checked every three years by Jura.

Have in the office though a J9, which has already about 60000 covers and still works well. Maintenance is the most important!
