Magnifica S cannot be installed

Hello everyone,
my brand new Magnifica S is not doing
anything.
I have followed all the instructions. Water filter is in place. Afterwards once to rinse the lever. It rinses with ice-cold water and then the LEDs flash. The Wars! nothing more happens, is the machine broken or what could be the reason?

Hello,

if the machine is brand new, take it back to the dealer!

Normally it heats up in the condition you describe, then flushes. After that it would be ready for operation.
Have you switched the machine off and on again?
