Hello. have the following problem with my Bistro.
The lever of the brewing unit for the lock can not be unlocked. It is stuck in place. After switching on, the cup symbols flash alternately.
According to forums, the drive is not in the correct position. So I opened it up and applied 19v to the motor. It then also drove into the "correct" position. But nothing changed. Does anyone have any ideas? Did I do everything right ?
