Problem with Melitta Caffeo Bistro after decalcification

Hello, have the following problem with my Caffeo Bistro:

Decalcified the machine, switched it off and pulled the plug because I had to leave the house for a few days.
A few days later a friend of mine who had to water my flowers also let a coffee out during my absence and disconnected the machine from the mains after switching it off.
On my return I wanted to put the machine back into operation, but first I had to do some steps (where I noticed that the switch on button lit up white, in connection with the decalcification symbol).
the steps:
- take out and put back the pomace container

take out and put back the water container-
also the button for steam/hot water and the symbol that also indicates that there is air in the system



lit up.





So I did everything, but the machine "hangs" somehow in this menu.
Even after 3 water tanks the symbols do not extinguish.

Who can help me? Melitta Caffeo Bistro (E 960-101)











I have exactly the same problem with my machine... I hope I can still work it out. huh.gif

- remove and reinsert marc container
- fill and reinsert water container
- also the button for steam/hot water and the symbol that also indicates that air is in the system was lit.

So I did everything, but the machine "hangs" somehow in this menu.
Even after 3 water tanks the symbols don't go out.

Same issue with a 600 series.
Customer support is no help at all and the machine is only 3 years old (600 series)
