EQ7 - no coffee comes out

Briefly, machine is cleaned, descaled and the brewing unit is clean. It just happens every now and then that the coffee is ground, brewing unit closes, you hear the pump build up pressure and then I have the impression he goes through. You also do not hear that the water runs off elsewhere. Now and then it steams a bit from the flap at the brewing unit. Can it be that maybe the water does not arrive at all? A few times it happened after refilling the water tank. Now and then it went after taking out and putting in again. Then it can work for a few cups without problems. Does anyone have any ideas???

Hello guest Ulli, you need more information.
What is used for decalcification?
Does the water run into the collection tray?
Does the pump become quieter?

MfG Chris

Hello Chris, thanks for the feedback. We decalcify with citric acid granules. There is some water in the bowl afterwards but not a whole cup. The pump sounds normal then makes a noise like releasing steam when it "stops". Does this help?

Hello, yes that with the steam off. Please take only descaler on amidosulfonic acid!!!!!! Durgol..
Can you still draw water from the water outlet.
If water comes there you have a problem with the multiple valve.
So then with descaler on amidosulfonic acid, descale again and take the descaler a little stronger.
If all this does not work, descale again and disconnect the machine from the mains in descaling mode (unplug it) and let it work for 12 hours.
Otherwise you will have to install a new multiway valve.

Sincerely Chris
