Brew group jammed Delonghi Magnifica

Hello everyone,
We're a bit desperate!
We have a new Delonghi Magnifica and now it seems to be broken.
Apparently the brew group wasn't sitting properly, so the holder went up without the brew group in it and now they're blocking each other. The tray to the left of it can no longer be removed either... Does anyone have any ideas?
Any help would be appreciated!
