Siemens eq 6 serie 300

I have recently bought a used siemen eq6 series 300 as defective xD
The problem is that the grinder does not get power I have then the triac 1 and the triac 2 exchanged both were defective jz I have a voltage but only 12.9 V is clearly too little before I order a new board I thought I'll ask here if one of you has a solution
