Moin,

>After 5 years our machine starts spinning:

When a coffee is ordered, the grinder starts grinding as usual, after 2 to 3 seconds it stops and the message "refill beans" appears. The bean container is filled.

The dry coffee powder is then disposed of by the brewing unit in the marc container.

I have already replaced the grinder, but have not changed anything. What could be the reason? Is there anything you can do yourself?

Good evening,

Put the cup button on small espresso, pull out the powder drawer. Switch off the device at the main switch. Press the <Off and Start> keys simultaneously. With the other hand, turn the engine on again at the main switch while holding down the Off and Start buttons. As soon as the message <Close drawer> appears, release the Off and Start buttons. Then the machine is reset and it will work again.

Functioning again. And the new grinder was still good, now the whole thing runs nice and quiet again.

Hi altogether,
I had the same problem with the message "Refill beans" me.
Had followed the advice and lo and behold, everything was super again.

Hello, I have a similar problem, only I don't have a sign that says "pour beans". She's not even feeding the beans. What could that be? I've been following your steps but nothing's changed.
