Descaling the ECAM13.123

Hello everyone, I have the ECAM13.123 since August 2022 and so far at each call the descaling performed as instructed with descaler from DeLonghi. From the beginning, the descaling liquid and also the water comes during the rinsing process but to 99% only sus the frothing nozzle. This makes me very suspicious, because the coffee spout is not decalcified in my eyes. In my opinion, it is only a matter of time before the coffee spout becomes calcified.

this is normal, the descaling is mainly to decalcify the heating element (thermoblock), the lines and spout hardly set lime there collects rather coffee grease, which is dissolved with a cleaning tablet.

So continue to do everything as before and clean more often with a cleaning tablet. I like to recommend ceragol products for this, because they are quality, inexpensive and gentle on materials.
