I have brought a defective Melitta Varianza back to life.
No more milk foam, coffee in the grounds container etc.
It now makes perfect coffee and espresso again - only the milk foam is weak and makes thick bubbles.
I have replaced almost all the relevant parts (motor, ceramic valve etc.).etc.).
Unfortunately, I wasn't the first restorer and I'm beginning to suspect that one of my predecessors may have swapped the hoses to the ceramic valve, which I simply reattached - does anyone have a solution/picture for this?happy.gif
