I only use still water for my coffee machine. Do I still have to insert a filter cartridge? And decalcify?
If I would inquire with the manufacturer, he says surely immediately - yes must, because he would like to sell also these things. The filter is quite expensive!

Hello!

As this topic applies to all machine types you can read yourself here. Almost everything has been said...
A small addition: Still water is not necessarily beneficial. Many mineral waters have a clearly higher lime content than average tap water!
Often it is even used for advertising, because minerals = lime wink.gif
