Where the Claris Cartridge is but unfortunately not described... ((

The Claris cartridge is used for water softening and improvement of the water quality and for profit maximization of the manufacturer it sits in the water tank directly above the suction nozzle. It is best to remove the cartridge completely and report this to the machine (see operating instructions). Then you have to adjust the decalcification according to the hardness of the water.
