Hello, everybody,

Unfortunately I could not find anything about my problem. Today for the first time I took the brew group half disassembled to clean and grease it thoroughly. Everything worked out fine. During assembly the wire hanger came loose, unnoticed by me. I put it in and turned it on. It's cracked a couple of times and now it just blinks. There's no way I can take the brew group out, electric or otherwise. Is there any other trick besides locking the door? It didn't work for me. The hanger hangs out to the left. Thank you very much.

Too bad, have the exact same problem and can't find a solution.
