Error message Refill bean hopper

Hello all,

with my machine the grinding process always breaks off at the first coffee, it appears the display "fill bean hopper". There are beans in the mill, the second time it runs then. However, coffee is lost every time.
I read about this problem frequently, a grinder reset is suggested as help on the identical Siemens model, however there is no button called "Start and Off" on the Bosch machine. There is the side off switch and the start/stop button. Unfortunately this reset doesn't work, I've already tried that.

How can I do a grinder reset on the Veroaroma exclusiv?
Any other ideas to get the machine working again?
