Running noise

Continuous running noise after switching on

As soon as I press the power button I have a running noise. I can press coffee, machine grinds and then wants to brew. But nothing comes. The water is then in the bowl or comes a bit from the frother. When I turn it off, it shuts down and goes off. Once it is on until the switch off but always go through the "pump noise" .
I have already replaced the ceramic valve!
Does anyone have experience with this or can give me some tips? Would be great. I am at the end with my Latin and ideas.
