Gaggia does not heat

Hello guys,

have a Gaggia syncrony digital.
Machine shows heating up in the display only unfortunately nothing is happening.
both heaters are OK. (have passage). I have no voltage on the terminals on the circuit board where the heater is plugged in. Fuses are also o.k.
Have one of you any idea what else could be.
Or is there a repair manual somewhere at your place or in the net?
