water cycle

I got a Gaggia Syncrony Compact for repair from a friend.
Where can I get a repair manual, or who can give me tips about this?

error message LED (27) flashes
---water circuit not filled
--has repaired the pump, it is pumping water
--has filled the water circuit
--error remains however

->what else to do
--the switch of the water level indicator is working
----there are other monitoring functions

there I would replace the flowmeter.

The flowmeter tells the machine if there is water in the system. That sits in front of the pump or directly there after.

Thank you for your tip. Dismantled and tested the flowmeter. Afterwards again inserted. The machine is running again.
