Hello. I have a Gaggia Classic espresso machine. This makes an excellent espresso and a very good and above all durable milk foam.
This has worked so far with all possible coffee sorts.
Now I have brought from Italy a ready ground Segafredo Espresso Casa.
This is incredibly finely ground. so that you can hardly bring water through.
Now it is the case that as soon as it arrives in, or on the espresso, the milk foam immediately begins to foam wildly and disappears completely after a short time. Does anyone have any idea why?
