Gaggia Titanium - too long brewing process

Brewing process per cup takes a very long time

I have the following problem:
At the first coffee the machine starts to brew and lets the water out of the machine only drop by drop. So it takes some time until the cup is full.
Also I had to notice that the filling height of the cup always deviates from the set filling height in such a case.

The second cup of coffee then runs out of the machine as a thin jet and the filling height is usually correct. The problem only ever occurs with the first cup.
We cleaned the appliance and drove it to the dealer. He's run 12 cups. Everything in order!!!!

At home it started again after 2 days with the problem.
