loud noise when dropped

Hello together,

I bought the Gaggia Brera on Monday.
It also works as far as I am satisfied with the coffee.
My question is:
The machine makes a loud squeaking noise when the used coffee grounds are thrown away.
Does anyone else know if this is normal or do I have to worry?
Does anyone else have this problem or an idea what I could do?
This is my first coffee machine and so I'm a bit insecure!
