Dear Community,
I have had a Krups Nespresso Essenza XN 2000 (Manual) as a travel machine for several years. Now the basic functionality has let us down. The mandrels in the back of the pressure lever press holes into the capsule, but the pressure to the front is not enough to perforate the aluminium cap. Is this 'normal' wear?
