Since 2014 I have had the Cafe Romatica 646, was a good year very satisfied, recommended Nivona to many people, but then she did not make any more milk foam, so back to the dealer. She was sent in about 3 weeks later everything supi !!But after exactly 3 weeks the same problem !! This time Nivona service center called, they knew immediately, machine immediately sent there - Shipping costs Nivona ! - after 8 days machine back, everything supi ! After about 3 weeks Nivona ! ! After about 3 weeks Nivona ! ! after about 3 weeks Nivona ! ! after about 3 weeks Nivona ! ! after 8 days machine back, everything supi ! after about 8 days Nivona ! after about 8 machine returned to Nivona !. 3 weeks the same again -- NO MILK FOAM -- again called the customer service representative over the phone to let him hear what noises the machine makes and still recorded a little film with the mobile phone, machine returned !! 8 days later machine back again with the remark that the machine should be decalcified after all 2x a year -- 2 x IN THE YEAR !!! ?? My machine shows me every 6 weeks that it should be decalcified so every 6 weeks I change the filter (10 €) decalcify it and run the cleaning program, besides I rinse daily. the spumatore and clean the brewing unit every week !!!! Now there are exactly 5 weeks around and again there is no milk foam !! I will inform Nivona and hear how they react, get advice from the consumer advice centre and if necessary call in my lawyer !! but I will no longer recommend Nivona !!!!;
