Coffee grounds are wet and fall next to it

Hello everyone!

In my now second machine (replacement unit due to unrepairability of the first) for a while now the coffee grounds in the container are wet and generally I find coffee grounds on other parts in the machine where they should not go. With the previous machine, it was nice, dry coffee grounds. Now it's just coffee slush. I also notice that when I pull the coffee spout down, coffee grounds fall into the cup.

Does anyone know what could be going on?

this problem I have for some time also with my machine Siemens EQ 6 series 300.
Everything full of coffee and in the pulp container only liquid. I'll try to change the seals and see if it improves.
But for help, from experienced people I would also be very grateful.
