Device does not heat properly

Values coffee drinker and coffee machine repairer,
my machine heats up to 100%, but then does not go into the next program step.
At the thermoblock I measure 40 Ohm, the steam heater is new and the thermostats exchanged.

Does anyone have an idea?

But another addendum: device heats up to 96%, and then needs very long to 100%. Could it be that?

Another second addendum: I outwitted the thermocouple and set it to 1005 by other heating. The device still does not switch to the next step.
Why could that be?

Problem solved, bought new thermostats, tested, installed, now one is broken.

If one of the new thermal fuses has blown again, the Triac TY1 on the power board will be faulty and will supply continuous voltage to the DH.
Measure the voltage and replace the triac if necessary.

Hello I have the same problem the KV heats up to about 95% and needs very long to 100%.
between 95 and 100 it sometimes goes up and down.
I am not so fit with electronics measure.
Where do I start best or what is most likely broken and replace I?

First measure the resistance of the thermoblock. Leave the cables connected and disconnect the mains plug.

You can also switch on a power meter.
Probably the thermoblock will be defective.
