Carimali F22 No text, no key function

Carimali F22 No text, no key radio

Starts up normally, heats up, green led lights up, text box lights up but no text is visible, that's it.
Just purchased the machine. What could it have? Tested 5 fuses, all ok. Steam comes out after turning on. But otherwise nothing happens.
Does someone please have a tip, which I could try?
